The easiest way is to open the database itself and look in the Users table. Find the entry for the user and change IsSuperUser to true or 1.

Mike, I changed one of the AD User to have HOST Account priveledges but I believe I found a bug in DNN 5.1.1.  That particular AD User appears to have HOST account priviledges now.  But, when I attempted to update a new module in the AD User Account i.e. HOST | MODULE DEFINITIONS, I dont see the Click Option INSTALL MODULE, CREATE NEW MODULE and IMPORT MODULE DEFINITION and the at the SETTINGS Icon at the bottom of all the Module Definitions List.

I only see those options with a USER account I created as the initial HOST User account on my initial installation of DNN.

Thoughts?

I'll have to try to recreate this but before I do, try under Host->Extensions. That's where modules should be installed in DNN 5.

EDIT: Removed post.  I was in error.  I was not in EDIT mode for my secondary USER with HOST Account rights.  Sorry for my confusion.
