Derek, can you send me an email at mhorton@telus.net with the steps to recreate the issue and if possible what your developer did to fix it? Then I can look into either forwarding it onto the core if it a core fix is needed or fixing the AD provider if it's something that needs to be handled there.

Maybe sense to check it

I'm getting these errors as well .. guess nothing was fixed?

My errors are appearing from a google search crawler - not something I can do much about, and because I DO want crawlers to find my sites, I'm not about to block those incoming requests.

Could the core team look at the problem and apply the fix? :)
