Dan and Grudin are you still having issues with this? I see that the issue was closed in Gemini as a cannot reproduce.

FWIW I was testing an upgrade of my production site from DNN 5 to DNN 6.1.2 and I too lost SuperUser access for my account but once I added it back it the status stuck and I haven't lost it again.

Sorry, didn't see this message until now.  I reset the flag, will test it now.

Nope, still not working. I set the issuperuser flag and it lasts for only about 10-15 minutes and then the host access is gone again.

Running 06.01.02 (98) now.

Not entirely sure, but it looks like when the application pool resets is when it is lost.
