DNN version 6.2.3 / Server Windows 2003 SP2 with IIS6

We are setting up a website in our test environment to use Active Directory Authentication.  It is working when we click Login and we are able to successfully login with our active directory account.  However, when we access the WindowsLogin.aspx files directory, I am getting the following error:

We have followed all the steps per the AD documentation.  We need to make sure this page loads correctly because I believe this is needed to synchronize DNN roles with AD groups.  If we do the changes on a different server that has DNN7 and IIS7, the page loads fine.. but its not working in our Windows 2003 SP2 and IIS6 environment.  Any idea??  Thanks.

Can you post what exactly you've got set for permissions to WindowsSignin.aspx. I'm on the same OS here at work and have no problems.

Thanks for the reply, Mike.

My settings for Windowssignin.aspx are as follows:

Everything is unchecked EXCEPT Integrated Windows Authentication is checked.

Okay that's correct. And the rest of the site is set to allow anonymous correct? You're settings are correct so I can't see why it's failing. The only other thing I can think of is to start looking at both DotNetNuke and IIS logs to see if any errors are being thrown.
