Hmmm - no offense taken - this is the point of the Forums - to share knowledge, hence I asked
"Obviously if ANYONE (not just subprojects team) has got it working"

I was referring to anyone else who might know (but nobody seems to have it working... I think it is a real pity to have such powerful functionality in an application that is effectively "locked" and unusable, thats all - I've always and still am extremely grateful for all that you do.)

Rodney,

The bulk upload can be done on a per album basis or you could create the ablums and use ftp to upload the pictures.  The maintance would then be used to generate the actual album data.  The end user would have to go in and edit each gallery item to change title, description, categories, etc.
