Are you asking, How do I install a module if I _ONLY_ have an administrator account and not the host account?

DotNetNuke's security is setup such that only host users can upload modules.  I do not believe that there is any way to override that permission and give admins access.  Note: There is a setting that you can adjust to allow/disallow admins to upload skins, but not modules.

Assuming you had full access to the machines, you could probably unzip all of the files, copy them to the correct locations on the webserver, go into the database via a SQL tool and create all of the database entries... But you would be on your own to figure out what was all involved as every module would be different.
