Don't really know why he would but just trying to rule things out.  :)

The database skips right over entryID 84 it goes from 83 right to 85.

I won't worry to much about it. It only seems to have happend this one time and the error will eventually go away. In the mean time the person clicking my trackback gets sent to the blog page where if they are really intereted they can find what they are looking for.

I do have something that is probably not standard.  when I created the blog page I added a copy of the most recent posts to the home page also.  I'm pretty sure this is why none of my blog posts are searchable from the core search even though the box is checked to allow it.  I just haven't asked you about that yet.  :)

Maybe I have a solution for your search problem:

First take care of that only for one module the dnn search is enabled for the blog module, then.

Log on as host. Enter the sql menu in host settings, paste the following code into the sql window and execute this as script.

======= Start copy after this line ========

delete SearchItem

go

delete SearchWord

go

======= Stop copy before this line =====

The best is, to wait for the next scheduled rebuild of the dnn search, if you don't like to wait you can manually enter the search admin, and rebuild the index manually from there.

regards

I had seen that posted before and tried it.  Worked a little but still didn't get most things.  Indexing also seems to stop after a couple of days or so.  I haven't looked in to it to hard as the forums search works for everything I need on my blog site anyway.  It's just a little weird having a search box at the top that doesn't do anything.  I should probably get rid of it.
