I'm just getting into using DotNetNuke and was wondering how I can create a site that allows me to have a horizontal navigation system on the left, a banner area at the top, and a content area that updates when the navigation is clicked. I haven't been able to just update the content without the entire page refreshing. I don't want any flicker of the navigation area or the banner area just the content to change. Basically what I want is exactly what the following site is doing:

Can anyone tell me what they are using here to have the content area upate so quickly without refreshing the entire page??
