I just recently upgraded to 4.4.0, and my admin password was the default and now it won't take it, did this change? I don't see it in the documentation unless i missed it?

make sure you preserve both encryption keys in your web.config, when upgrading!

Thanks...

I don't mind redoing the upgrade, no content has been added since and it's easier then writing a procedure to reset all of the pwords in the DB which I have tried and hasn't worked yet. I did get my host account back though.

Would you mind though telling me where I go in the webconfig file to preserve this??

It was on DNN 4.3.7 going to 4.4.0 with SQL 2000

I found it and migrated it to the new web.config file and works fine now, thanks again.

If anyone is having this same problem it's the
This was my first upgrade so I didn't know that.
