I have finally got my portal to come up, but I've encountered a problem.  When the home page loads I get this error:

Module Load Warning
One or more of the modules on this page did not load. This may be temporary. Please refresh the page (click F5 in most browsers). If the problem persists, please let the Site Administrator know.

No modules show up, and the picture in the upper right hand corner will not load.  I just see the pic placeholder that says "My Website".  When I log on as admin I see several modules that all have this error:

Error: Links is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The file '/DesktopModules/Links/Links.ascx' does not exist. ---> System.Web.HttpException: The file '/DesktopModules/Links/Links.ascx' does not exist. at System.Web.UI.Util.CheckVirtualFileExists(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out how to fix this.  Thanks in advance.

The error indicates that you have missing file(s), specifically for the links module.  Can you check if you have a '/DesktopModules/Links/Links.ascx' file in your dotnetnuke directory?

If you don't, the easiest way to resolve the problem is to get the latest links from from the downloads page and install it.
