Hi - I'm new to DotNetNuke and love it so far. I started my project on my local machine in version 4.3.7 and it is now time to get it hosted.  I gave the hosting company my files including a database backup and they have set it up so I can access the portal.  However, I cannot login with any of my existing users - including admin and host.

The hosting company are not experts with DotNetNuke - they tell me they restored the database from my backup and changed the Connection string to point at the database.  Is there something else they need to do so I can log in?
Thanks

Make sure that the machinekeys in the web.config match.
