Can anyone recommend a good charting module?  We purchased one and then discovered it does not support multiple data ranges for a line chart.  It was also very limited in other ways.  We went back and looked through the entire list on dotnetnuke.com and Snowcovered, but could not find any module that we thought would support multiple ranges, although many didn't have enough demos for us to know for sure.

Then we looked at some non-DNN charting controls.  They had all the bells and whistles, but they were also very expensive.  More importantly, they would take a bunch of work to implement as DNN modules.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Jon

Hi Jon. What kind of info do you need charts for? We found a wonderful module that we use quite a bit on our website that shows graphs of web stats including: popular pages, keywords from msn, yahoo and google that users look up to find our website, average staying time, ip lookup (country), top referral websites, etc. And you can show the graphs in pie charts, bar, column, about 10 different options, select date range, exclude certain user roles from stats, etc. It is very helpful. The module is from www.BizModules.net and is called Site Analyzer. The module isn't for sale on snowcovered anymore, but if you email him on his website he will sell it to you. Hope this is what you are looking for.

The data we need to display comes from query results from a SQL database, so we need to specify the SQL statement in the module Settings page.  So I'm not sure that particular tool is going to work.  But I did like the look of that ToolTip thingy they sell.  I might get that!

Thanks,

Jon
