Starting yesterday, our FSCKEditor uploads started failing in all modules with an "Arithmetic Exception" being thrown  Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Changes to the system that I am aware of include:
I added one new page with an Ultra Media Gallery module on it, and added a text/html module along with an Ultra Media Gallery Top Photos module to my main page yesterday.  Users made posts in my discussion forums including pictures, and 3 photos were added to a different Ultra Media Gallery instance.
