My Admin->FileManager is showing every folder 2 or 3 times (Host->FileManager doesn't have this issue).  When I look in the Folders SQL table, I see the entries duplicated - which leads to duplicate entries in the Files table (with only the folder ID being different).

This is quite annoying, since all folder dropdowns have duplicates, and I can't use the file manager to move a folder since half the refs may be pointing to the duplicate ID...

Any ideas on how to fix this without destroying my site?
