Hi there

I just transfer all my database and html documents over to new server and changed the name of the domain ( ie  the old domain  was abc.com  and the new domain is xyz.com )  but when I load up the page it still shows the old domain name in the title bar
Does anyone now in the dnn directory where to change the domain name

Thank you

please feel free to ask me any questions if you are not sure

thank you

you need to login as host user and add your new site address as portal alias in Host :: Portals, when selecting the portal (at the bottom of the settings page).

Keep in mind that this only changes dynamically generated links (ie, menu bar, links module, etc).  Any links in an HTML editor (at least, in my experience with FCKEditor) and left untouched.  See the following post for how I fixed it for the links in the HTML editors: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/107/threadid/102775/scope/posts/Default.aspx
