Hi,

After upgrading to 4.4.1 the users cannot WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions using Internet Explorer (Firefox reports an error).

Example:
WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions(new WebForm_PostBackOptions("dnn:ctr:ManageUsers:_ctl16", "", true, "", "", false, true))

IE report that WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions is not defined. Firefox report an error in sitelog (see below).

This happens in register user, saving user profile, saving pages, modules etc. But not where using the doPostBack ( __doPostBack('dnn$ctr327$HostSettings$cmdUpdate','')).

  • I've turned off the compression settings and whitespace
  • Excluded the WebResource.axd in compression settings (in case)
  • Commented out compression in web.config
  • Turned off every cache option
  • Restarted Application
  • Deleted the IE cache on client

This worked as normal right after installation, but after 1-2 hours (more or less) this became critical. It's fine for me to use Firefox to do the work, but I cannot force my users to use Firefox.

When I use Firefox to do changes using WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions, this appear in the log:

Can anybody tell me if this is a common error?
