Hi, I am setting up DNN v4.3.7 on my machine. Instead of setting it up as a virtual directory under my default website (IIS 6), I made the DNN as a website. I can run the site in my IE, it is all fine. Now, I want to program it in my VS 2005. I changed the part of the solution file that I think matters, according to http://vladan.strigo.net/Blog/tabid/71/articleType/ArchiveView/month/5/year/2006/Default.aspx

This is the part of the solution file as below. I set the www.MPCDT.net in my ping configuration to point to my local site.

--------------------

Project("{E24C65DC-7377-472B-9ABA-BC803B73C61A}") = "http://www.MPCDT.net", "http://www.MPCDT.net", "{E44FE939-309C-4050-A1DF-24DA96675A8D}"
 ProjectSection(WebsiteProperties) = preProject
  Frontpage = "true"
  Debug.AspNetCompiler.VirtualPath = ""
  Debug.AspNetCompiler.PhysicalPath = "E:\Projects\MPCDT\WebSite\DNNWeb\Website\"
  Debug.AspNetCompiler.TargetPath = "PrecompiledWeb\"
  Debug.AspNetCompiler.Updateable = "true"
  Debug.AspNetCompiler.ForceOverwrite = "true"
  Debug.AspNetCompiler.FixedNames = "false"
  Debug.AspNetCompiler.Debug = "True"
  Release.AspNetCompiler.VirtualPath = ""
  Release.AspNetCompiler.PhysicalPath = "E:\Projects\MPCDT\WebSite\DNNWeb\Website\"
  Release.AspNetCompiler.TargetPath = "PrecompiledWeb\"
  Release.AspNetCompiler.Updateable = "true"
  Release.AspNetCompiler.ForceOverwrite = "true"
  Release.AspNetCompiler.FixedNames = "false"
  Release.AspNetCompiler.Debug = "False"
 EndProjectSection
EndProject

---------------------

Now, when I run this solution, I can open all the module projects, but, I was asked to type in the account and password to open the 'www.MPCDT.net' site, and eventually, got an error says, "Unable to open the web 'http://www.MPCDT.net'. You are not authorized to perform the current operation."

Can anyone help me? thanks a lot!
