not sure, but update the settings again and see whether they take this time around. Could be related to caching issues too, although I doubt it...

I just updated the settings and the value is the same in the production database. Can I change the value directly in the table?

Sure enough when changed the value in the table it works fine and my cchanges works fine as well.

Is this a bug for not updating the table?
