I'm trying to add some new classes to the DotNetNuke.Library, to create finer grained security controls.  I set up the files as needed, but I can't use these new classes.  i.e. I can't use them in a .ascx file under the "dnn" TagPrefix like the core DNN security classes are used.  The idea is that I would like a tag that functions just as the PermissionsGrid tag works, only the grid will obviouslly handle my finer grained security definitions.  The dilema I am having is that I can get the new classes to show up after building the dnn library, but when I rebuild the entire solution VS can't find the classes and tells me its not defined.  I'm sure I'm just doing something wrong, but it is really bothering me that its not working out, any suggestions?
