Can anyone point me to a document that explains how to create a module start to finish?  I'm using vs2005, IIS6 and SQL Server 2000.  I have DNN 4.4 and have installed the Starter Kit from this version which gave me the DNN templates for vs2005.  I have purchased the Wrox Professional DNN 4 book and am not able to get my head around all the pieces involved in creating a module from this book as it jumps from a Hello World example module to an Events module that has to be extracted from the Solutions folder of the 3.2 build of DNN.  I would like to see a document that clearly describes the database table, stored procedures, how to create the Common Data Provider as well as the SQLDataProvider or what to modify of each of these that vs2005 created from the template, how to create or modify the business logic layer for the new module and finaly how to implement this module into a different instance of DNN.  Is there a clear and consise document for someone like me who has a sixth grade education?

I live by "keep it simple stupid" and "less is more".
