It really depends on what you are looking for.  There are many free skins out there and fee modules.

You can start by looking at the directory here on DotNetNuke, that is where I started.  I obtained 2 skins that I am currently using from a site linked there.

Could you point me to a good site or two for the freebies?

I am looking for a full featured gallery, wiki, forum, news, articles, file area, links modules. More or less are you content with the core modules feature wise? What about any 3rd party free modules you'd suggest?

Are there any commercial modules you consider 'must have'?

I am looking for skins that are gaming, gothic and news styled for the various sites I want to setup.

Thanks for any input.

Here is a free module list http://www.cathal.co.uk/

It's a little out of date, but I'm sure alot of the modules have been upgraded to work with 4.x

Check out www.skincovered.com , www.tfdnn.com, www.xd.com.au,  and www.thinkofdesign.com

Sam Tanner also has some $5 skins @ www.easytemplateskins.com

Thank you so much for the links, good stuff!

I have a more windows centric question however I am hoping someone can put me in the correct direction.

As I posted above I am coming from a apache setup and now moving to IIS6. I would like to host 2 separate sites with DNN, as I have 2 different registered domain names. So from my reading under the wwwroot folder I create 2 folders such as wwwroot/site1 and wwwroot/site2 and install DNN in each correct?

How do I setup IIS to know which folder to go to depending on which addy they type in?

thanks again.
