Hi,

I upgraded from DNN 4.0.3 to 4.4.1. After this I wanted to clean up users of a portal by using the "delete unauthorized users"-function in user management. When I did this, all users (authorized and unauthorized) were deleted, only users that did already log in since the upgrade wa done have not been deleted ...

Does anyone know this problem too? For mee it looks as a quite ugly bug ... or does anybody have a hint?

Benno

As I found out, the problem is caused by an partly failed upgrade when the DNN-Usermodel was transfered to the ASP-Usermodel (during upgrade to DNN 4.0.4). It looks as the profiles were not completely transfered (eg. registration date, last update date, approving status etc.) what causes now the problem.

Does anyone know if it is possible to execute this single upgrade prozess again, how I have to change data directely in database or if there is an other solution to fix the problem that user management works without problems again?

Thanks in advance!

Benno
