Hi,
I am developing a portfolio module for a college project and am using a urlcontrol to upload files. The problem I am having is that the upload feature is only enabled for admin users - when logged in as a registered user the upload feature is not visible. I figured that this was due to the code behind file for the control (which I can't find in the DNN starter kit) setting the "showupload" property to false if not in an admin role. If this is so is there a way to override this and make "showupload" true for all registered users? Or, is the cause of the problem something else? Also, is there a way to autoresize images uploaded via the control? Or, is there a better upload method altogether?
I would appreciate any help on these topics,

Thanks,
Phil

Thanks for the reply. I have set write permissions on the folder but it makes no difference.
