I'm not sure I should submit bugs in here. I couldn't find any other valid place to post this. I'm fiddling around with making a new DataProvider for DNN, and during my test, I got an exception I didn't expect.

In the class DotNetNuke.Entities.Portals.PortalSettings I encountered this:

For i As Integer = 0 To Me.DesktopTabs.Count
    objTab = CType(Me.DesktopTabs(i), TabInfo)
    ...


It should be:
For i As Integer = 0 To Me.DesktopTabs.Count -1
    objTab = CType(Me.DesktopTabs(i), TabInfo)
    ...


You might argue that this concrete case should never happen. That you're in a lot more trouble when you can't find a single valid tab on your site, and you're right.Nonetheless, this is a bug.
