XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: http://localhost/dotnetnuke/
Line Number 1, Column 2:<%@ Page Language="vb" AutoEventWireup="false" Explicit="True" Inherits="DotNetNuke.Framework.DefaultPage" CodeFile="Default.aspx.vb" %>

I have read mention about this error in different areas of the forum.  It is cropping up all over.  The Installer is catching some heat but I am now getting it even when I do a manual install.  I even tried doing an install with the installer than copying the DotNetNuke directory along with the database information from one machine to the next.  NO GO.  I have been putting much effort and development time into DNN and without help , it will all be for nothing.  Our head web programmer can not determine what is casueing this problem.  ShURLEY someone has solved the problem by now.

Repaired and reinstalled .net 2.0 several times as well as uninstsalled and reinstalled DNN.  I have changed the process and order, just in case one thing had to be done before the other.

Micorsoft probelm . apparantly if you load applications that use Frameworks you can unregister applications.  In my case I had upgraded to IIs6 .  I solved the problem by unloading both IIs6 and frameworks, then loading IIs first, then framworks.   Later I found that there is a utlity you can run that will cause Framworks to re-register all appropriate applications.  Basically if things start acting squirrley, things that have worked before, or that should work, you might try running this.   If the installer dosent work I recommend trying this.  I am going to put this in the installer area as well.
