For variety of reasons I am attempting to port UDT source code over to VS2005 and updated DNN 4+ structure. I have been hitting some snags, and just wondering if anyone else might have already done this and have code to share.

there shall be an official DNN 4 version of UDT's successor during this year.

As a followup to my original post, I have gone ahead and ported the UDT code to .Net 2.0 if anyone needs it.

I should work on UDT on VS2005 and DNN 4+  too. I'm new to DNN so it took me some time to understand that maybe the current UDT version isn't compiling correctly under the DNN solution (first problem was that I wasn't able to debug). If someone could pinpoint me what I need to do to port it, it would be great. I think, among the other things, that I need to move some files under the App_Code folder, but my tries were unsuccesful so far. Any help would be welcome.

UDT, as every 3.x module is VS2003 only. The fastest way to start developing using VS2005 is to setup a second portal using DotNetNuke 3.3.7, install UDT3.3.6 source, download the DotNetNuke 4.3.7 Module Upgrade Wizard and run it!
