The language selection is made based on the DNN language. You must have a language package installed in your DNN that switches to your locale: i.e.: es-BO for Spanish-Bolivia
The language file under Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\FckhtmlEditorProvider\FCKeditor\editor\lang
must be in the form: locale.js where locale= your locale (i.e: es-BO.js)
Also, you can create a language file by using only the language part ("es" in my case for Spanish), so my language file could be: es.js
The variable "AutoDetectLanguage" must be set to "false" because the provider sets the language for the editor (as left by default in the provider package).
(Remember to clear your browser and DNN cache after a modification in the fckconfig.js)
Well, you are always allowed to change the editor provider to the one who meets your needs, or you can have some patience, or you can take some time to look at the code.
