Hi,

The HTML table generated from a UDF has the following style:

style="style="border-width:0px;border-collapse:collapse;BORDER-COLLAPSE: separate"

Note that first border-collapse is set to 'collapse' then it is set back to 'seperate'. This makes it a bit difficult to add a border to table cells because if you add them it comes out twice the width since they are not collapsed. And its a tricky little devil to change the border-collapse because its hard to directly target the table without affecting all tables.

Is this a bug? Or is there a way around it? Any thoughts appreciated.

Dale

Could we maybe have the style moved into a class in the style sheet rather than hardcoded? That would at least allow us to modify this as we wish... although I would have thought that border-collapse should be collapse by default rather than seperate?

FYI:

This was the original thread: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/56/threadid/11838/scope/posts/Default.aspx

It seems that we integrated two fixes at one time. Doing first test it seems to be save to remove the style from the data grid.
