I want to know how to get the Performance Settings documents.
This is my Performance Settings in host settings,then in the Module Settings/Page Settings/Cache Time (secs):
If I set it as 120(or any number not zero),my website cracshed,please let me know how to set the
Performance Settings,thanks

Module cache can only be set for static modules like text/HTML, Links, Documents, it is not applicable for modules like Forums, that need to present user specific content. Please ask the developer, if the module supports caching before enabling it.

Is their any document that describes what these settings do? I have a high traffic on a dedicated server and I want to configure properly. 4.4.1 seems to take up a lot more memory than 3.3. Any idea why?

I believe the 4.X documentation explains each of these settings, also clicking on the "help" icon for each of them will give you details regarding the setting.

For memory use, it is most likely due to the additional caching that is completed if using "Memory" as the cache location.
