I am utilizing a tree menu with parent and child nodes.  When I click a link from elsewhere in the app, to what would be a child node, the menu is collapsed.  Is there any way I can force it to be expanded and show the CSS for the selected node?

I had misunderstood my original problem.  I have child nodes of child nodes.  They are "hidden" from the menu.  It has been expressed, that the desired functionality would be, that when these pages are navigated to, the menu would remain expanded, with the emphasis on the parent page.

I am not sure if you are referring to a treeview control being used as the navigation or your own custom treeview for your module.  Any chance you could provide a url and some more detail?
