Hi,

I am having a problem replacing an already existing file in a folder through the File Manager in DotNetNuke 4.3.5 .When i am trying to upload an alreasy existing file logo.gif through the Fle Manager it is throwing an error:-

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File c:\inetpub\wwwroot\DVLPSISPortal2\Portals\0\logo.gif. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

Can somebody please provide me with some pointers on how to correct this problem.

Regards,

Amlan

1.) Try deleting the file logo.gif in your file manager first and then upload the new one.

2.)Always synchronize your filemanager w/ db.

3.) You can also update the file outside of DNN with your hosting acct's FileManger and refresh then click on the "synchronize FM with DB" button within your DNN host settings.
