You need to click on the edit button for the portal you wish to change, then you will see the option at the bottom!

Your post shows Host>Portals, where you can add/delete your portals.

But didn't you ask to set up multiple domain names pointing to one portal? Taht would me Admin>Site Settings 

PS: I am testing with 4.4.1. Are you really still using DNN4.0.0?

No its typo. actually im using 4.4.1 mostly just on those sites are 4.4.0.

Yea I was fixed on the idea it was in portals section. thanks for help.
