We're having some issues with events here in Europe (the issue seems to be related to regional settings).
When creating a recurring event in the module, no error is logged, but when opening the module, sometimes an error occurs and this was traced back to the 'period' column in the events module.
This seems to be set in the US format, which causes a cast error when the string is cast to a date:

Is this a module setting, a global setting, or a bug in the module ?
