I am using DNN 4.4.1 starter it with VWD Express, ASP.NET 2.0, MSQ2005 Express on Server 2003 and after presing Ctrl+F5 I can only see directory listing of DNN files in explorer.

Preveusly worked fine, but I had to reinstall server. Also set NETWORK SERVICES perrmissions and selected ASP.NET 2.0.

What else could be the reason. Please help!

Already specified that before.
The thing is that it worked before and I have installed DNN for about 20-30 times that worked after some troobleshooting, but now I don't have a clue what could be wrong.

I would double check those settings for default page, it appears that it can't find the file needed but is doing the auto file list.  You could also try just adding default.aspx to the URL when the browser window opens up from Visual Studio and see if that works!
