Hi all,

Does anyone out there know if the moderation feature can be turned off? While I can see it would be very useful for many people, it is quite impractical in my situation.

Can anyone tell me how to disable it?

Cheers, Sean

If you give the security groups permission to moderate then there will be no moderation required. I wouldn't suggest it for All Users though. IE: If you want all registered users to be able to upload files unmoderated then check Registered Users in the Moderation role.

I'm not sure if you can get rid of the Moderate button though. I'm not near my computer that has the repository installed and I can't remember if the button is part of the templates or not.

Hi guys,

I'm still having difficulty with this. When I select all users, or registered users, or anything (I've tried countless combinations), I cannot get the moderate button to appear unless I am logged in as either the administrator or host. It also does not automatically accept the upload because it won't appear in the list until I log in as the admin or host and approve it - no matter what security permissions I set for moderation.

Any ideas?

Cheers!!

Sorry .. it's a bug. It's not working as it should.

It will be fixed in the next build.
