If I load a fresh copy of my web.config file to the root directory, then the first time I access my URL: www.umperfusion.com - I receive an error message saying that compression.config can't be accessed. Subsequent hits to the url returns an upgrade error that the database can't be accessed.

I have gone over the connect strings several times, and if there's an error, I can't find it.

I have done searches and read the relevant posts on each of these issues. I haven't seen a post that describes them in conjunction before, and I am at a lost. Are network service permissions a common problem with Go Daddy (that seems to be the issue on the compression.config problem) and I have already stated that I have poured over the connect strings for the database. That's typically the problem there.

Thanks
T
