I'm not sure what your issue is from this.  Now I am just guessing here, I am not a DNN localization expert....but have you tried it by placing your files in a directory path where there are no special characters?   Your directory is located in E:\Utilidades Programación\dnn 4.4.1\dnn\App_Code\Global.asax.vb ....and there is an "o" with an accent there.

Maybe you can try it with something like E:\DNN?  I have no idea if that will help or not.

I moved the directory the directory from "E:\utilidades......\dnn" to "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\dnn" and I have the same problem...

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
