I need help backing up the website.  I usually add the whole DNN folder to a RAR archive.  This copies everything but the database files.  I can usually copy and paste them somewhere else and then add them to the RAR file.  But for the last 3 weeks, I haven't been able to copy the database file.  It always says it busy or being used by another person or program.  I assume it's becasue I started using host tracker.

How do I make a backup copy of the database file without taking the server offline?
