I downloaded Forum_3.20.08_Install.zip into DesktopModules/Forum folder.

What's the next step? How to unzip the file.

Please help me.

I am not sure how you are currently uploading the module but try logging in as the host user and then under the host menu go to module definitions... then select install new module. After browsing to and saving the file it should unzip and then be usable with in your pages.
