All:

We have been working from 3.2.2, as it is offered in the lunarpages hosting suite.  At this time, we need to upgrade the site, but we are having a tough time doing it on our own.  We need someone with enough experience to do it for us.  Obviously, we are willing to pay, but it comes down to what is reasonable. As of now, our plan is to start from scratch, so you could either try to upgrade the 3.2.2, or you could try to do a fresh install on the lunarpages server. 

To note, LunarPages uses plesk.  If you have more questions, just ask.  We're looking to start this ASAP.

I have been working for a Indian client that needs to upgrade to latest version from old versions. Some instances were using Plesk some other control panels.
