Did you update the Portal Alias table  - replacde the old IP address with the new IP address?

Hmm, seems to me like you forgot to add default.aspx as a default document to the website properties in IIS.

New server, but all IP info and domain names are the same.  It's basically a straight server hardware upgrade, with all software settings remaining the same.

Unfortunately, Default.aspx is in the default document listing for the IIS.

Someone easlier suggested reinstall .NET framework.  I think I'll uninstall 1.1 and 2.0 and reinstall those again, just to see what happens.
