We do not want to display the module containers on our site so I have the "Display Container" setting for our modules unchecked.  In addition, I have users who are module editors.  When the module editors login, all of the containers are not displayed, including the containers for modules which they have assigned editing privilege.  If I choose to display the container then the module editors are provided with the drop down menu and the edit icon for the assigned modules. So, if the Display Container is checked then the module's with the assigned editing privileges are shown in edit, not preview mode, but when the Display Container is unchecked then all of the modules are still shown in preview mode. Is there a fix for this or is there some setting I am not aware of that needs to be set?

(When I login as a page editor or administrator this problem does not happen)
