A flash file (*.swf ) was upload but it can not be executed...

due to the gallery installation PA has not the resource DesktopModules/Gallery/FlashPlayer.aspx
or it could not be installed.

This is true.  I noticed that it was missing when I installed the source but just assumed that Mediaplayer.ascx had been changed to incorporate flash.

You should probably be able to get it from the previous version of the code 3.00.10 and copy it over to the DesktopModules/Gallery directory on your server. Then check to see if there is a file called FlashRequest.vb file in DesktopModules/Gallery/Components/Request folder and copy that over too if it isn't there.
