Hi,

Hopefully someone can fix this issue. I will try and explain in full detail.

I installed DNN 4.4.0 for the first time (I'm new to DotNetNuke) But my web server does not have any issues and works great. That being said, after installing 4.4.0 with the FTB editor everything works great. Then I upgraded to 4.4.1 and the FTB started giving me script errors and would not fully load in the IE6 browser. So I installed the FCK (most resent version) and got the same problem. Actually more java script errors than FTB.

So I rolled things back to DNN 4.4.0 and things work again with FTB but not with FCK

What I discovered, when using 4.4.1, was that any moduels that I add to a page that do not use an editor work great. I suspect the issue with 4.4.1 is that it is either loading the FTB HtmlEditorProvider in a different order than it was doing with 4.4.0 or some code was added that made things break?

The main script errors that I see is "Object doesn't support this property or method" and "FTB_FreeTextBox is undefined".

Since the editor is really part of the core I don't have the experience yet to try and resolve the problem. I hope the issue can be looked into and if you need me to make specific modifications to my 4.4.1 istallation let me know.

One other note: Where these errors appear are on systems that are tightly controled, browser security is controlled by head office and we can only use IE Ver 6. But as mentioned above, these systems don't have a problem with DNN 4.4.0 with FTB.   From my home computer system DNN 4.4.1 with either FTB or FCK installed I find no problems what so ever.

So in short...  Since FCK doesn't seem to work with 4.4.0 or 4.4.1 over the Intranet I can live without it. No biggie although I would like to use it because it is better. But I would like to upgrade to DNN 4.4.1 for sure because the testing I have done shows great improvements in speed (great job on doing that).

Thanks for taking the time to look into the issues I'm facing and I hope to hear something soon.
