Try this - works for both IE7 and FireFox (well it works on mine)

java + script + :window.open('http://www.yahoo.com');

Again remove the " + " and add your own url. Should work. You can also configure the size etc of your window to what you want.

I am using DNN 4.3.

Excellent. That worked. Many thanks sambojambo. Looks like the shorter java statement, the semi-colon at the end, and using single quotes instead of double-quotes did the trick. Thanks again.

Please, if you would, give us an example of opening the window in a different size and maybe a few of the other options.

Try this and have a play around. This just spits out a new window with nothing on it (ie - no toolbar, menubar etc). Obviousely the 0 is no and the 1 is yes so set the parameters to what you want and stick it in then play and adjust to what you want it to do.

java + script + :window.open('http://www.google.com','new','toolbar=0,resizable=0,menubar=0,scrollbars=0,location=0,status=0,width=100,height=400,left=300,top=450');

Again, remove the " + " and away you go.
