Hello All,
I am running version 4.3.4.  I am experiencing a weird sort of cacheing issue on some of my portals (not all).

Sometimes I add a module to a page, and it doesn't show up until a minute or so later...Or I change the module title and it shows up...I press refresh and the title is back to the old version...then press refresh again and the new title is back (sometimes)...Or I delete a module and it stays on the page for a little while after...

I my running with "ModerateCache" in the HostSetttings and like I said, it doesn't happen with all of my portals.

Any suggestions? (besides, "just upgrade to the new version" :-) )

Thanks!

First, you should upgrade due to security issues (and 4.4.1 is much faster).

Second, caching shall not apply to users with edit permission and hosts, but there might be an issue.

Third, check the module settings for cache time and set it to 0

thanks for the suggestions.  Definitely not the cache on the modules...we usually set all of the modules to "0" on the cache.

I am planning on doing the upgrade very soon.

Thanks!

ok, I upgrade all of  my server to 4.4.1.

I am still getting some caching problems.  We change tab/page settings and they will get updated in the DB, but when we go and look at the actual page...the change on the page does display in the browser.

I cleared the cache in the "Host Settings", but still no change.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks!
