I am getting several exceptions from the scheduler on my DNN 4.3.7 install at GoDaddy. I really have little scheduled except Evotiva's Backup Script.

I have looked into the scheduler tables and don't see any duplicate keys. Anyone else with the problem? Better yet, anyone got a solution?

Regards,

/DaveS

make sure, you give each task enough time to complete, before next execution starts.

what does that mean?  Are you talking about the "retry lapse time" setting?  If so mine are all the DNN defaults. The only other one is Evotiva's' daily backup and it has a 6 hour retry time.  This is a small site and a manual backup takes under 3 minutes.

leupold;

"make sure, you give each task enough time to complete, before next execution starts."  Are you actually suggesting that DNN would be re-inserting a schedule event in the queue without checking that there was already one in the and allow it to get a duplicate key exception?

I moved the backup items from once per day to once per week and am still getting the exceptions, so they must be coming from the normal DNN scheduled items. Any idea how to find out which one. It would be nice if the exception happened to mention this tidbit ;=}
