Thanks Hooligannes, that clears up the issues with the News Feed module.

Is there a project template that is sold for DNN 4 Module Projects?  There used to be a DAL Builder Pro or something like that for DNN3 modules.  Is there anything like this for DNN 4 modules that creates the same kind of DLL that the DNN Projects create?  I would fee a lot more comfortable building a module, in which the result is a MyModule.SqlDataProvider.dll and a MyModule.dll, than the current way of using Add New Item.

Do you, or anyone know of a VS Template I can buy?  It would easily be worth 100 dollars to me.

One a related note, is there a way to use the format of the DNN project projects, with the BuildSupport project, to build DNN 4 projects?

Thanks in advance for any replies.  I've sort of given up on the Add New Item idea.  I'd rather be able to see clearly defined dlls that I can include in a module.zip file...and I'm willing to pay for it.

The link I gave gives you the step by step instructions to move a module from the DNN3 format to a WAP project which is the equivalent for working to produce a module.zip. You only need a nant project and you are done. Contact me through MSN if you need anything else.

Hooligannes:  I somehow missed that link the last time.  That was perfect!  Does the trick exactly.  You have no idea how happy that link made me. :)
