I am building one simple module for DotNetNuke. I use module template of DotNetNuke with 3 controls :View, Edit and Settings. When I open the file Settings.ascx and drag one button from Toolbox to it. But when I run the portal, this button doesn't appear in Settings section of my module ? How can you help me ? Moreover, I want to create one area for my module' settings ? How can I do ?

The items displayed in your settings.ascx page will be displayed on the settings page under your module settings title.  You will need to make sure that your module definition included the settings page so that DNN knows it is there.

As to creating one area for your module settings, I am not sure what you mean, do you want a settings page that doesn't show up in the default settings page?  if that is the case you could create a second edit page and set it up as a module action.
