I'm sorry to say the only two menus I can assist with are Solpart and DNNMenu.  Seems like you have spent most of your efforts in the other menus, which I have no experience with.

If you're willing to buy a control, you might check out Telerik's menu. It seems well-supported over on their website, and I believe it to be cross-browser compatable. They have a trial version available.

(I am not affiliated with them in any way)

I second Brandon's suggestion Telerik makes some of the best Asp.Net controls in the business and their support forums are more than worth the premium price. They also now include source code as part of their subscription package.

As for menu over flash check out http://www.cvar.net/

The cvar site navigation is acceptable. IE PC works perfect. Mac Safari has the same flicker I describe above. Mac Netscape the dropdowns are very slow and subnav level one disappears when there is a level two. Mac FireFox runs fast, like IE, but the subnav L1 disappears like in Netscape. But it works! Is this done with Telerik?

Yes it's all done with RadMenu. Their demos are at:

We use their Menu, Panelbar, and Editor pretty heavily on our DNN sites.
